CRB Check - Standard & Enhanced Disclosures
W&P Assessment and Training Centre is registered as an
umbrella body with the Criminal
Records Bureau ( CRB ).
The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). is set up to help
organisations make safer recruitment decisions. The CRB has implemented
the disclosure service to provide criminal record checks to help employers
in the public, private and voluntary sectors identify candidates who
may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involving contact
with children or other vulnerable members of society.
W&P can provide:

An initial joining fee of £5.00 is required for W&P Training to act as your umbrella body.
W&P's annual assessment (April 2008)
W&P had their annual assessment (April 2008) from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) to establish the level of compliance with the Conditions of Registration and the CRB Code of Practice. W&P had an excellent report with 98% of forms submitted being correct.
Steps to receive your CRB Disclosure forms
1. Download and Read our 'User
Agreement' document
2. Print out, sign and date the 'User
Agreement'
3. Post with payment and covering letter stating how many
forms you require
4. Download our useful 'Guide
to completing disclosure forms'
document
Important Information:
Around 20% of all application forms are not completed
correctly. These mistakes slow down the application process, delaying your Disclosure.
Forms returned for correction will be charged an additional £12.
We do not want to have to send them back for correction. This will cost
you time and money.
