All about W&P Training

The Business

W&P was launched on 1st September 2001 when the partners who are both Registered Nurses, home owners, trainers, assessors and internal verifiers decided to fill a market gap in tailoring NVQ's to meet the needs of individual candidates and home owners. This expertise is backed up by the previous banking, IT and business experience of the partners.

As homeowners the partners understand the need to be flexible in delivering underpinning knowledge in different formats and locations to meet the needs of both the rural areas and main centres of population. At the same time the constraints posed by shift work and carers family commitments need to be considered.

Mission Statement

The aim is to provide specialist tailored training for the care sector with emphasis on meeting the needs of candidates and care homes and to assist in meeting care sector strategic objectives.
