Re-registration Guidance
We can walk you through the re-registration of your business.
We are available for half day sessions with a follow up visit included for support purposes before the submission of your re-registration questionnaire to the Care Quality Commission.
This service is a 1 to 1 business support service which takes you through to completion of your re-registration documents.
Our associates are well qualified and are able to mentor and coach you through the process. We are aware there is a time window for completion and we are able to respond to individual business needs promptly with a follow up visit included in the cost.
Remember: Your re-registration includes a declaration of compliance so you are identifying any areas of non compliance activity which you will then have to address.
Re-registration can be a worrying process but we are able to offer a coaching/mentoring type of support which will be of benefit when reflecting on the completion of your re-registration. You might then want to have an Annual Development Plan (ADP) which can set out how you are going to tackle the areas of non-compliance, the timescales and designated leads who have responsibility for ensuring that the plan is implemented. An ADP can be contributory evidence for inspection purposes for the continuous improvement of the company. It is also a useful document to refer to in senior management meetings and assists in identifying areas which need to be addressed.
This service, because of its personalised nature, is available only at your premises and must involve the individual with responsibility for the completion of the re-registration document. We will meet your time window of return to the Care Quality Commission and it is crucial that for this service to be successful you alert us as soon as is practicable to the timescales attached to your re-registration document.
