Hi,

Could anyone help me with this question .................. Explain how person-centred practice informs the way in which consent is established with individuals

in order to provide care, we have to seek consent from the service user. if they are not capable then their legal representative.
ways: written, verbal, body language..
when you have established their consent you will write their care plan with their help and others (relevant people, e.g drs, previous carers etc.)

look up your policy on consent, it should all be explained in there, as they have the right to withdraw their consent if they wish so.
