help please hsc328 question 3 dilemmas between the individual's rights and their responsibilities for their own care and protecton, the rights and responsibilities of key people and your role and responsibilities for their care and protection

Think about clients rights - you have a duty of care etc but they may not want the care offered, they may choose not to follow the care plan - you have to respect their rights, make sure they know of any risks involved so they are making an informed choice, you have to record and report it. Don't forget to mention "key people" - see key words in the unit as to who key people refers.
