hi am I on right track with this not sure ........

How can you ensure that your clients rights and preferences
regarding their preferrred method of communication and language are adhered to?

so far i'm thinkin its about ensuring myself and colleagues are familiar with a clients communication passport and careplan regarding communication prefs and remain vigilant to communication cues clients may exhibit i.e pointing to something or squinting to indicate pain
