can any one help please i have a mental block on this question explain the importance of an accessible complaints proceedure for reducing the likelihood of abuse????

Hi tyler123,

If its too difficult to make a complaint the abuse is likely to continue. If its easy to make a complaint the abuse is likely to be dealt with sooner.

If the complaints procedure isn't known or accessible how will staff or individuals know what to do about a complaint?
