how to manage risk associated with conflicts and dilemmas between an individuals rights and the duty of care.Does anyone know an example?please help

Hi bart,

Mary doesn't want to use her walking frame any more. Its her right if this is her choice so you must support her but it is also your duty to keep her safe - hence the dilemma.

You carry out a risk assessment to ensure that it is managed as safely as possible.
