I am a bit stuck on a task, i have to write a reflective account ( 500 words ) describing how my personal preferences, attitudes, heritage and beliefs may impact on working practice
and how to ensure that my own practice is inclusive and respects the beliefs, culture, values and preferences of individuals...
I don't really understand what is meant by either of them, and I have no idea how I'm going to manage to write 500 words on this. What do I need to do?
