Hi donnamarie,

This is as obvious as it sounds. How do you keep your conversations and written information private?

Hope that helps

Hello,
Like Aunty Sue says, it really is as obvious as it sounds. What do you do, where do you go if you want a private conversation about service users, by the freezer section in Tesco on a busy Friday?! When you have written something that is confidential do you leave it lying around to be read by everyone or ?
sadly, I have witnessed the first example taking place, except it was Sainsbury's.
