Out come three:

Q2. use agreed methods of communication to interact with the individual

Outcome four:

Q4. support others to be understood by the individual by use of agreed communication methods

any help with the above would be most appreciated, just suffering from brain freeze now after spending nearly a year on all of this!

both questions kind of combine/interlink.

joebloggs is a oral speaker, a new staff member comes along and uses british sign lanuage with him.

is this the agreed method of communication? if not, where could you find out what the agreed methods are.......

once you have figured out the first part you should then be able to go on and understand what you need for the second part

sub2rained,
You also need to remember that these are 'performance' points, they are things that your assessor needs to obcerve you doing, or you need to write a reflective account on how you do this or a senior colleague needs to write a testimony to confirm that they have seen you doing this. so, assessor needs to see you using agreed ways of communicating and so on.
It's not enough just to cover the outcome as question/answer.
Any outcome that starts 'be able' is performance based.
