need your help my barin is not working

the question is; DESCRIBE EFFECTIVE WAYS OF CHALLENGING DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE IN ADULT SOCIAL CARE SETTINGS.

You should have policies and procedures in place to cover the grievance procedure, harrassment/bullying, equality and diversity. Also codes of practice. Whether it's for yourself, a colleague or a service user there are guidelines to help u through the process. Have a look thru yours and see if that helps.
