Hello,
Try to think how you would feel if you were discriminated against. Would you be sad, angry, feel excluded, self esteem lowered. Try not to read too much into question.

Hi, also, there may be financial consequences: someone may not be getting the financial help they need/are entitled to, their outgoings may increase, e.g. pay out for taxis instead of using the bus, also, the effects on an organisation e.g. poor reputation, staff recruitment, high staff turnover, staff shortages, low staff morale, court costs if action taken against the organisation.
