Hi, I am currently working on a professional discussion included within my apprenticeship level 3 and have answered the rest of the questions but appears dont know how to anwer a couple of questions under; manintaining and developing skills for everyday life

why is it important to recognise progress achieved through learning and development activities?

How do the care plan and process of establishing and reviewing it contribute to a person-centred approach?
I have answered the rest of the question which includes: what are the possible sources of conflict when planning care and what causes them to arise. But wanted to see if anyone could help me please to anwer the first part properly.
