305 Personal Development Plan

Hi,

Struggling with this last question..

Explain the roles of others in the development of a personal development plan in indentifying: strengths and areas for development.

I've started with 'a manager can address issues via supervision and could arrange training.

I don't really know if I'm on the right track and what else to write.

Can anyone please help me

Do you have some kind of yearly appraisal of performance? Who completes it? Who is involved in setting your goals?
Where can you or your line manager ask for feedback about your performance (Shift leaders, other professionals etc)?
