HAVE REALLY FOUNF THIS FORUM VERY USEFUL LATELY, 1 MORE QUESTION I HAVE TO COMPLETE MODULE 4..... IF EITHER OF YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE....ID BE ETERNALLY GREATFUL

HOW DO THE CARE PLAN PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING AND REVIEWING IT CONTRIBUTE TO A PERSON CENTRED APPROACH? WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SOURCES OF CONFLICT WHEN PLANNING CARE AND WHAT CAUSES THEM TO ARISE?

Hello,
You need to describe what these requirements and codes tell you to when handling information. What must you do and not do when hadling records. Your organisation probably has procedure you can access.

hello, could you please help me ,iam really struggling with unit 377 outcome 7 question 4 support individuals in a range of practical healthcare situations and how to support an individual to make safe choices with regard to treatments and medication .thanks kia x

This is something that needs to be shown, not answered as a question. Your assessor will need to see you supporting clients or you need to describe a real situation when you supported a client in healthcare situation.
