<description>Hi Steadysue, I answered this question.     I said I would actively include those individuals who were being discriminated against.  I would offer to be shadowed thus acting as a role model.    I would speak to my manager and suggest further training to staff to highlight the issues/attitudes towards prejudicial or discriminatory attitudes and also make arrangements for one-to-one/group role plan to highlight this area.
