NVQ Level 4 Award Summary
You need to be a practicing manager with responsibility for allocating work to others, implementing policies and procedures, control limited financial budgets and be partly responsible for broader activities such as recruitments and programme changes. It is for people interested in developing higher level management skills within a national qualification framework.

Delivery Method - Distance Learning
To achieve Management nvq level 4 students must complete
9 units, 5 Mandatory and 4 Optional.
You will be allocated a workplace assessor who will guide and support
you through the necessary evidence building in your workplace for
the completeion of management nvq level 4.
Routes for Assessment will be individually discussed with the candidate.
Looking at the role of Advisors, workshops and independent assessment.
