RETURNS POLICY
Our returns procedure
1. Returns authorisation
Before returning any item please telephone our office on 01305 767104. You will be asked for your order number and reasons for the return.
2. Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice. Please use original packaging wherever possible and return via Recorded delivery.
3. Replacement or refund for defective or damaged product
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged or defective.
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or a refund.
We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for the exact item ordered.
If the item that you wish replaced is not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
4. Returning an unwanted item
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item.
* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.
5. How we test returned items
If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.99.
We advise you to check any DVD or CD on a second machine carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
Carriage of goods from the customer to W&P Care Training UK Ltd is at the risk of the sender. W&P Care Training UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit of returned items.
