Our Returns Procedure
1. Returns authorisation
Before returning any item please telephone our office on 01305 767104. You will be asked for your order number and reasons for the return.
2. Packing the item
If the item has been supplied on a USB device please wrap the item securely and include the invoice. Please use original packaging wherever possible and return via Recorded delivery.
3. Replacement or refund for defective or damaged product
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged or defective.
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or a refund.
We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for the exact item ordered.
If the item that you wish replaced is not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
4. For Products Provided Electronically (Digital Downloads or emailed files)
In the event of technical problems please contact W&P on 01305 767104 or email email@example.com and we will endeavor to rectify the fault. In the event that the fault cannot be remedied in part or in full, then you will be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price.
Refunds – We will issue a full refund (usually within 14 days of purchase) in the event of the product not being as described or if the product is faulty. There will be no charges levied in providing a refund and the monies will be returned using the same method in which they were made.
5. Returning an unwanted item sent in the post
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item.
* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.
6. How we test returned items
If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.99.
We advise you to check any USB Device on a second machine carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
Carriage of goods from the customer to W&P Assessment & Training Centre (Dorset) Ltd is at the risk of the sender. W&P Assessment & Training Centre (Dorset) Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit of returned items.
