On the 25th March 2021, the CQC published their new strategy and regulatory approach. The strategy sets out how CQC will monitor and inspect services going forward, providers need to aware of these changes to plan their approach to regulatory compliance.

A webinar (or web seminar) is a live online workshop. In fact, it’s the same successful CQC workshop we have been running for years. We use the same trainers but deliver it to you online. The LIVE webinar is a highly interactive real-time event, suited for attendee participation. You will be able to communicate with the presenter and delegates through your microphone/device, chat and messaging.
