What Are the Care Certificate Standards?
The Care Certificate training standards offer a structured approach for new staff in health and adult social care. These standards are not accredited but serve as a guide for minimum training, supervision, and assessment. Their goal is to ensure that new care workers are ready to provide compassionate and high-quality care.
Although completing all the standards is necessary for recognition, they don’t replace the accredited Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate. This qualification gives care workers a recognised certification in the field.

“Best in the business! The whole experience from the first phone call was great, all contact was quick and efficient. An all round great company.”
