Unlocking Outstanding Webinar

This elusive rating is the Holy Grail for many, but still only 4% of providers in England achieve it, and less than 1% achieve an outstanding rating for the safe domain. Why is this?

W&P carry out independent mock inspections, which gives us a unique insight into the internal workings of providers up and down the country. We have used this intelligence and brought together our experience of seeing outstanding practice firsthand to create a new webinar, Unlocking Outstanding.

The webinars are delivered by highly skilled health and social care professionals, all of whom are extremely familiar with CQC. We have trawled through CQC inspection reports as well as our own mock inspection reports to bring delegates detailed, real-life examples of outstanding practice. The session is very interactive, and delegates will be encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions throughout the course to ensure learning is firmly embedded.
