The aim of the Train the Trainer pack
The aim of this pack is to improve the trainer’s ability to deliver training and so enhance the experience of the learners.
This pack is designed for those delivering in-house workshops.
(In-house Moving and Handling People has a standalone requirement and this pack does not cover this specialist training).
The pack requires the trainer to:
- Complete all reflections and questions
- Deliver at least three in-house learning sessions; discuss these sessions with your mentor/assessor
- Complete a reflection on the learning experiences
- Have the reflections and questions signed off by their mentor/assessor to receive the certificate of completion
