W&P deliver Health and Social Care training courses, CQC and CSSIW Compliance Workshops that can be individually tailored to your requirements. Workshops are delivered nationally at carefully selected locations for maximum convenience and accessibility. We understand that releasing staff to attend external training courses can be very difficult, so W&P can come to you if that is more convenient. Our In-house Service gives you complete flexibility to choose the venue and timing of the training and is more cost effective if you have a high number of delegates. Whatever your training needs we can be flexible and work around your business activity to ensure your training needs are met.
Many of these social care training courses have been specifically designed to include information to assist with underpinning knowledge for Diplomas in Health and Social Care which always reflect current practice. We provide all the Mandatory and short course training resources you need to meet the 15 Core Units of the Care Certificate. W&P’s own Care Certificate Training Pack includes guidance for the trainer and workbooks for the trainer and trainee to record evidence.
All our Health and Social Care training courses are certificated and we aim to issue certificates within 10 working days of the training taking place.
