OUR BUSINESS, STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY CHAINS
W & P have been in business since 2001. We offer Policy & Procedures, Business Support and Staff Training Resources to providers of Health & Social Care including non-registered services.
W & P employ 4 members of staff and works with a diverse range of associates, who deliver our national training workshops.
W & P is a standalone family owned company.
W & P operate throughout the whole of the United Kingdom.
W & P have no high-risk areas of business activity as we are mainly direct sellers via our website.
W & P are a registered ISO 9001 (2015) company and we regularly check our supply chains and partner organisations to ensure compliance with the Act. Our ISO procedure manual and register are available to view.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES
These processes are covered by our ISO registration and include:
- Mapping the supply chain to assess particular product or geographical risks.
- Evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks to each new supplier.
- Reviewing on a regular basis all aspects of the supply chain.
- Taking steps to improve sub-standard suppliers’ practices.
- This list is not exhaustive but serves to inform the span of our processes.
STEPS TO ASSESS AND MANAGE RISKS
W & P are a low-risk business, which reviews all its supply chain inline with ISO standards and procedures.
TRAINING
All staff are fully aware of the contents of the Act and as an ISO company our staff meetings regularly review our policies and procedures and staff updated on any changes.
OUR EFFECTIVENESS IN ELIMINATING MODERN SLAVERY
W & P have regular discussions, reviews and where necessary updates on all policies, procedures and standard practice. As an ISO accredited company, we are externally audited which assists in ensuring that we are compliant at all times.
