Tenders and Contracts (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ)

W&P’s Policies and Procedures are formatted and structured in a way that makes the policies subject specific. This means that the subject matter such as Health & Safety will include the overarching Policy, but this does not cover the breadth of health and safety matters, specific areas such as Accident reporting will be covered in a separate policy, and these are listed as related policies at the bottom of each policy. It is important that each policy is read in conjunction with its related policies, and these should be referred to or read in conjunction with the main policies to ensure you cover the breadth of the subject matter. This is particularly relevant when registering a new service with the CQC or Tendering for Local Authority contract. In these circumstances you must check the related policies to ensure you are meeting the requirements set out by the regulator or commissioning authority. It is the providers responsibility to ensure it submits the correct information, W&P will not be liable for any financial losses or contract breaches for submitting incomplete information. If you are unsure, then please contact us and we can advise accordingly.
